M-Bodied: Mindful Movement as Mothering Medicine™

a 6-week virtual series 

Wednesdays 8am - 9am

February 16 - March 23, 2022

M-Bodied™ is excellent for those who:

· Seek to reconnect with body-mind-spirit and healthy connection with others

· Want to explore changing compulsive or unsustainable eating/drinking/exercise habits

· Crave somatic coping skills and practices for grounding, presence and creative connection

M-Bodied™ offers body-based practices influenced by developmental movement patterns and rhythms to:

· Re-pattern early imprinting stages from womb-to-walking multigenerational patterning for self-discovery

· Rediscover and reframe eating, drinking and exercise as embodied support, fluidity and empowerment

· Explore embodiment as a relational process versus prescriptive 

M-Bodied: Mindful Movement as Mothering Medicine™ uses the following in the 6-week series:

· polyvagal-informed, trauma-sensitive, attachment-based movement invitations and psychoeducation 

· co-regulation practices using the Chi for Two® Circles of Support

· art and journaling for creative reflection and expression

Caroline Gebhardt, LPC, RYT, is a psychotherapist, Chi for Two® embodiment coach/trainer, yoga teacher, and creator of M-Bodied™. Caroline helps people to reconnect with their body-mind-spirit from a trauma-informed, all-bodies-welcome approach. With a great appreciation for the body’s wisdom, early developmental imprinting and the importance of self-expression, she draws upon nervous system science, attachment theory and trauma-informed body-based therapy to help clients feel supported and empowered in their bodies and lives.
