Payments and Privacy Policies
Payments are required upon start of session. I require a 48-hour cancellation via phone or email to avoid a full-session fee charge. I do not participate as an in-network provider with insurance companies but offer sliding scale options.

Information Collection and Use
We collect personal information to let you know about the trainings, coaching and counseling we offer and to process your participation in our various offerings.
Information Retention
We will keep your contact information so that you can be notified of selected future trainings we are offering. Whenever you wish to have your contact information removed from our mailing list, please send us an email stating so at john@harborofdreamsart.com. We will then remove your name and send you a response email.
Sharing Personal Information with Other Companies
For coaching and counseling administration help, we share personal information with TherapyZen via a HIPAA-approved relationship. For money exchanges, we share personal information with TherapyZen, Stripe, and PayPal. Please see the privacy policies outlined on those sites to better understand how they use the personal information they gather from our websites.
Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information. When you visit our website, we collect information from you automatically through cookies or similar technology.
Security
We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee privacy or security. By using our websites, you signify your acceptance of this policy.
We live in a time when many people do not read privacy policies prior to using a website and even sign privacy agreements simply assuming standard policies. If you are the exception, we appreciate you.
