When food, body image & exercise issues get triggering or chronic, when the focus on food and body image keeps you from living with more presence and empowerment, I invite you into considering this as a way your body, your life force is begging you to pay attention.
Nagging food or exercise thoughts, urges and compulsions aren't things to bury or bypass, but they are signs leading you to your potential, to bite into life for deeper fulfillment and satisfaction, from the inside-out.
We all have patterns and experiences with food/eating/movement, and we all learn on an embodied spectrum of how okay or how not okay it is to feed ourselves deeply, to reach for support, to name our hungers, in our earliest relational experiences of life. When life happens, sometimes we lose connection with our body wisdom or our ability to trust our body’s unique rhythms and signals. Many people need new relational experiences to help reconnect with their unique body signals for deeper nourishment.
This 10-week experiential series explores:
the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating as a non-diet approach to reconnect with body wisdom in a sustainable way
developmentally-significant yoga shapes plus relational somatic practices to help participants practice connecting and moving from the inside-out for grounding, support, boundaries and empowerment.
